The terms "BeHidden", "we", "us" and "our" refer to BeHidden.
The terms "customer", "customers", "subscribers", "guest", "you" and "your" refer to you our subscriber.
The term "session" refers to the time you are logged onto BeHidden

Privacy Statement:
BeHidden is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers' personal information.

Information Gathering and Dissemination:
BeHidden will not disclose any of your personally identifiable information, except if subpoenaed by the law.

Use of Information:
When you subscribe to BeHidden, your email address is used to email you your password. Therefore we need a valid email address.
We use your email address and password to validate you when you login at BeHidden. We also use your email address to send you subscription renewal reminders. At any time, you may request that we stop communicating with you by sending an email message stating such request to support@BeHidden.com.

At BeHidden, if you are a paid subscriber you may elect to save in a private area your unencrypted bookmarks so that you can easily revisit those sites again. BeHidden does not associate your email address or password to any other web sites you visit.

There is a three (3) day grace period for subscription renewals. Should your subscription lapse beyond three (3) days your login information (email address and password) and all your reserved storage will be permanently deleted from BeHidden.

Use of IP and URL Addresses:
During your session (while logged on to BeHidden) this information is maintained to allow your navigation to and from (forward and backward) to the web sites you request. When your session is over, either through disconnection or your logging off, BeHidden deletes all associations between your login and web sites visited during that session, except for any addresses you chose to save in your private BeHidden bookmark storage.

Use of Cookies:
BeHidden stores cookies at BeHidden on your behalf during your session and unless you have subscribed to the optional BeHidden cookie retention service, all cookies will be deleted at the end of each session.

Security:
Our web site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. The information collected by the BeHidden service is stored in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public.

Our web site contains links to other web sites. BeHidden is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such other web sites. However, once you have logged on to BeHidden your use of these links will invoke the proprietary encryption and privacy facilities of BeHidden, and you will Be Hidden.

Opt-Out, Delete/Deactivate Policy:
When you become a paid subscriber with BeHidden, you will be presented with a list of service options, including no automatic subscriber renewal. You also have the option to send an email message to support@BeHidden.us requesting that we do not send you future emails.
